1. Definitions

eb777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the eb777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eb777 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. eb777 is not liable for any consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. eb777 shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify eb777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, particularly prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Proof of residential address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. eb777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

eb777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions made in BDT via local payment methods.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by eb777, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your eb777 account within 3 minutes of successful payment confirmation. eb777 does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control. eb777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or system maintenance.

Withdrawal conditions. eb777 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the account is subject to an active investigation for breach of these Terms; (c) the deposit associated with the funds has not cleared or has been charged back; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's account activity in a manner that raises fraud or money laundering concerns.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eb777 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers across the eb777 Platform:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the eb777 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed orally, via chat, or by email do not constitute valid wagers.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

eb777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. eb777 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. eb777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of god.

eb777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eb777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, eb777 will provide notice to registered players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date at the top of this document. eb777 may also send a notification to your registered email address for significant changes.
